Natalie is our founder and CEO. She has had the great fortune of enjoying a “migrational” career ranging from working within the Waste Management, Magazine and Media industry and finally settling within the Skills Development and Project Management space with a focus on the Automotive Industry. Natalie has over 18 years of experience and has honed her skills working within both the public and private sector. Her passion for people and their growth and development is what propelled her to leave the full-time employment ship and move into Entrepreneurship.
Natalie holds a Diploma: Strategic Marketing with specialisation in Brand Management, National Certificate: Occupationally Directed Education Training and Development Practitioner and completed her Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Management in 2017. Natalie currently sits on the Education and Training Committee for the South African German Chamber of Commerce’s pilot Dual Vocational Qualification for Mechatronics Technicians.
She’s dedicated her 2017 to her passion for fashion and plans to enrol for her Masters in 2019 but is yet to determine her stream - she wants to do it all!

Is our resident Project Manager, who holds a national Diploma in the Management of Training and Development and is currently completing her BCOM in Human Resource Management. She has acquired over 15 years of working experience within the insurance industry but has found her home within Skills Development. She is extremely passionate about Human Resource Development with emphasis on Women Empowerment. Colline joined the Tetelestai team in April 2018.

Is the only rose amongst the thorns and adds much needed energy and male perspective to the team. Alex holds a National Diploma in Human resource Management and while he is extremely calm, he is highly driven and is currently completing his Honours in Human Resources Management. Alex is multi-skilled and while he has a passion for skills development, all things technology has become his first love. Alex joined in the team March 2018 in the capacity of Junior Project Manager for Long-term assignments.

Lesego’s career started in 2013 and holds a National Diploma in Human Resource Management. She joined the Gauteng Automotive Learning Centre in 2014 and has been within the skills development field since then. She is an enthusiastic, ambitious and driven people’s person with a penchant for laughing. She’s project managed a pilot People Living with Disability programme which tested her resolve but her love and passion for people won. Lesego is our resident Junior Project Manager for Short-term assignments.

Princess Moeti joined the Tetelestai Team in April 2018 in the capacity of Office Manager…basically, she runs our lives! Princess started her career as an intern in various programmes in 2014 and graduated off her last internship in June 2016. She holds a National Certificate: Generic Management at NQF level 3 and has over 4 years of working experience across industry.
Princess lives by the Mantra that “All things are possible through Christ who strengthens me.”
